The Crazy Joe Burger from @arizonajoesbolton has got me goin’ CrAzY! ? Succulent grilled chicken served with roasted lamb topped with caramelised onions, chopped peppers, fresh lettuce, mayo and melted mature cheese and sandwiched in between a toasted Brioche bun. The chicken fillet has been marinated with a great blend of spices perfect for the Asian Palate & the roast lamb is just ohh so succulent ? Alhamdulillah the owner has a huge focus on fresh ingredients and providing great fresh food. He’s so down to earth and humble when we speak to him which makes me want to go back again and again. Here we have the Basic Joe from @arizonajoesbolton which is a pure untarnished, homemade grilled beef patty, seasoned with salt & course ground pepper. The patty was moist & wasn’t burnt and the bun was spot-on, as was the salad. Fries & wedges were nice and crispy. I have been very impressed with Arizona Joe’s over the past few weeks (multiple visits) the quality of the meat & food is what you would pay double for elsewhere. There is so much space even if they are busy, from the outside it would still look quiet! The owner is such a nice, humble guy who is very passionate about the food he serves. If you’re craving for traditional Gujrati homestyle, cooked food, then you NEED to visit Rice N Three, who are based on Dean road, Bolton. Here is the Friday Gosht Daal Chawal. Make sure you get it early because it does sell out pretty fast! It’s cooked fresh on the day and once it’s gone it’s gone! They have a special menu which changes daily and their trademark is rice with a choice of three types of curry, hence the name rice and three! Don’t worry, if they haven’t got a special which doesn’t tickle your fancy then you can order from the normal grill menu, which has staples like Kebab roll, Chicken Tikka pieces and Grilled Tandoori pieces of Chicken and Chips! ? All made fresh to order! The place is not fancy but they have plenty of tables upstairs and downstairs available to eat in. It’s only open in the daytime. Was really impressed by Pepe’s Peri Peri located within The Vaults of @marketplacebolton In the picture you have the Peri Peri Chicken Fillet Burger which was delicious the bun was freshly toasted but still soft. A side of Peri Peri Wedges that have a great crispy outer skin with Peri Peri seasoning sprinkled on top. Next time I would go for a double fillet as it was slightly thin but that’s to be expected with non stunned certified chicken fillets. Yes the prices are higher that your standard Pepe’s but given the difference in the quality it totally justified. Pepe’s were supplied from a non stunned supplier at the time of dining. #HFGBolton #HFGBurger

Bhel Puri & Co Indian Street Food from @brunchandgrillbolton We tried the Pani Puri, Pav Bhaji, Masala Chips, Mumbai Mayhem & Chai Naasta. I must say I was impressed with the food considering how difficult it is to get this right! The desi chai was delicious we even got an extra two cups to take out. If you’re ever in Bolton I recommend you try the Indian street food menu out as it’s authentic & tasty as is the normal menu, which also has some of my favourites ? The B&G King Chicken Fillet Burger from @burnchandgrillbolton This is one of my favorite breaded chicken fillet burgers in bolton. Made fresh to order the breading is crispy with a great flavour. So after the standard Eid feast, I was in need of a detox so headed over to @earthlingsbolton To start with we had a matcha latté made with Almond milk topped off with rose petals and a Cappuccino for a caffeine hit! The decor was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Finally managed to visit @blackmilkcereal in Manchester & I must say I was impressed. The brownie was absolutely amazing it’s taken a year to perfect the recipe & is made fresh on site daily, coupled with some delicious luxury ice cream. We then had the milkshake which was oozing with Strawberry syrup over the edges. It was really nice and you could taste that it had fresh strawberries in it. Here we have the delicious Chicken Deluxe Handmade Pizza from @grillazbolton ??? Now this is totally different to the normal Pizza available at Grillaz & is one of my favourites due to how it’s made with a super thin Italian style base, topped with a hint of garlic infused with the tomato sauce base. Then you have Mozzarella Cheese, Chicken, Olives, Peppers, Jalapenos, Onions, Sliced Tomatoes, Rocket Leaves & Olive Oil. Note: This should come with Mushrooms & Pepperoni but we removed them due to preference. We were looking forward to trying the new menu from @grillazbolton who are based in Bolton. After many discussions on what we should opt for, we finally settled for the chicken & steak sizzler. This was served on a very hot cast iron plate, with pieces of marinated chicken and prime cut steak, topped with rice, veggies and chips topped with melted cheese. Served with Peppercorn sauce. The flavour and combination of all ingredients was mediocre for me and didn’t sizzle with my taste buds, simply because I have had better Sizzlers in the past but it was far from being the worst. The boiled veg could have definitely benefited from some seasoning & has alot of potential. I would definitely go back and try more of what they offer because they have amazing things on their menu (the homemade pizza section is yummy ?)
