Artisan Desserts Birmingham

Artisan Desserts have made all of their desserts unique to them. I absolutely love all of their desserts especially given chocolate is a must! They’re desserts look really pretty and are great combinations of flavours. One of my special favourites would be the Chocolate Fudge well which is super chocolatey and fluffy making it so delicious. The centre of the sponge comes covered in Strawberries making it perfect. All of their desserts look amazing and will have you wondering what they are but your taste buds will thank you for trying them. It was set up by formor Great British contestant Ali Imdad who has now gone on to open another Dessert store which we cant wait to try once we have fully verified the Halal Status of the chicken they offer.

Tru Burger Birmingham - Non Stunned Hand Slaughter Source

Tru Burger is a really pretty place to dine with plants throughout the place and neon signs to illuminate the place. They have really perfected their burgers, they are so delicious! They also serve steaks, waffles and breakfast. It can be really hard to find a Non Stunned Halal Full English Breakfast but Tru Burger has your back! All of their food is well presented and tastes even better. I must say I really love their fluffy stacked pancakes. Another one of my favourites would be their Philly Cheese steak that comes in a sandwich and is delicious combined with onions, peppers and a variety of sauces and finally toasted! Finally their Beef Burgers are great!! Definitely worth visiting Tru Burger! Alhamdulillah they were supplied from a non stunned hand zabiha source when we visited but do check to see if the are still.

Dessert Lab Birmingham

From the moment you enter the Dessert Lab you are surrounded by cool decor with lovely patterns, along with various foreign candy and who doesn’t love that? The place has a really rustic vibe and it is super different from everywhere else. The dessert is amazing! I particularly enjoyed the cookie dough and went for half in a milk chocolate (the actual cookie was chocolate flavoured) and half in white chocolate. It was surprisingly better than most of the other cookie dough’s I have had!

Fat Chicken - HMC Certified

#Fat chicken are a HMC certified eatery that aim to make Fried Chicken at it’s finest. I love that they have actually managed to accomplish this with succulent chicken with the right crispy feel to coat the chicken. They have a unique touch on items that are becoming more available like waffle chicken where they have made a burger but used waffles instead of buns which I prefer to the usual chicken on waffles. So they also have a yummy chicken salad which is good. They do also do grilled chicken such as steak or strips. Finally they do Cod strips but I am yet to try them. The place is worth a try however you like your chicken, whether it be wrapped, bunned, waffled or on rice. Fat Chicken have a selection of Virgin mojitos and milkshakes. They also have the option to order online which is cool!

Shahi Qila Taste Of Lahore - HMC Certified

Shahi Qila is HMC certified which just makes life so much easier. The place has nice feel to it and takes me back to my younger days. The curries are really nice made either in an Indian, Kashmiri or Pakistani style dependant on what you choose. The lamb is made really well, tender enough and super flavoursome. The place is perfect for families and everything I have had was good. The Karahis are super tasty and definitely worth ordering.

Toro’s Steakhouse Ladypool Road Birmingham - HMC Cerified

Toros Fillet steak is really nice and comes with a variety of sizzler options. We also enjoyed their chicken steak. The Jumbo Prawns really surprised me! They were really delicious. I also enjoyed their mojitos
